2026 crop science conference set at UAF in June

The ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Flour Co. in Delta Junction, pictured in 2021, is one of the sites Western Society of Crop Science conference participants will visit during the organization’s annual conference in June, which will be held at UAF.
The 2026 Western Society of Crop Science annual conference will be held in Fairbanks on June 23–24.
The conference will take place at the ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥. It will bring together plant science students, faculty and researchers from public and private institutions across a broad geographic region of North America.
Conference events include a day trip to the Delta Junction area on June 23 to tour agriculture-related businesses. Other conference events and the banquet on June 24 will be held on the UAF campus.
