Jan. 15, 2026
Do you need statistics help with your research? The Department of Mathematics and Statistics provides free statistics consulting to students, faculty, staff, and the community through their STAT 454/654 seminar course throughout the spring 2026 semester. The course provides a forum for individuals needing statistical advice on their research while giving students hands-on experience working with real projects and developing their professional consulting skills.
A student works with a math program assistant in the CTC Learning Center on Feb. 29, 2024.
Students and faculty can assist with questions related to:
- Study design
- Sample size and power
- Linear and mixed models
