Provost search listening sessions Nov. 5

Executive search firm WittKieffer will be at UAF on Thursday, Nov. 5, to gather input from the UAF community to inform the provost search and leadership profile. The sessions will be in-person in the BP Design Theater and online via Zoom. Following is the schedule:
Student listening session
1-2 p.m.
Faculty listening session
2:15-3:15 p.m.
Staff listening session
3:30-4:30 p.m.
Each session will include specific questions to guide the search:
- What do you see as the top agenda items and priorities for the next provost?
- What are some of the most exciting opportunities and biggest challenges ahead for UAF?
- What professional qualifications and personal qualities are most needed for the next provost to be successful in the role?
- Why should someone want to be your provost; what is the upside both institutionally and personally?
- What are some points of pride for your community?
